Joi Tramuel, EdS is the sole Owner/Operator of The 12th Light House, LLC. Earning a BA in Psychology (‘06) and a MA in Urban Education (‘10) from Norfolk State University. Academia led her to the mental health field and working in the community for over thirty years. Subsequently earning a post-graduate degree (Ed.S) in Curriculum and Instruction from Regent University (‘20). After completing a 2-year psychological astrology program with Dr. Glenn Perry at the Academy of AstroPsychology in 2025, the incorporation of the Developmental Age Method is what shapes the astrological practice. Blended with education there is a relatability and therefore practical recognition in the work Joi does with her clients. Through psychological astrology clients are encouraged to grow mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.

Psycho-Spiritual Evolution using the Developmental Age Model
My services are client-centered meaning I provide empathy and project positivity while assisting clients as they work toward reaching their full potential. People are constantly seeking personal growth and I utilize that intrinsic motivation to assist clients work toward self-actualization. Using a developmental approach clients are able to see how astrology reflects their innermost self thus shaping their life experiences.
Self-reflection takes us all on a constant journey of self-discovery and acceptance. I give clients the tools they need on their path as they grow and develop from overcoming life’s challenges and obstacles. In turn creating a beacon of light, hope, and positivity to help others see their way out of the dark.
